David is a native Virginian and Hampton Roads resident since 1998, and has seen the region grow and change into one of the premier areas in the country to live, work, and play! His goal is to ensure each of his clients feels heard and understood and knows that their best interests are always at the forefront.
David's clients value his down-to-earth approach to real estate. He communicates in plain speech, not pretentious and confusing real estate jargon and acronyms. His clients appreciate his market expertise, ability to find common ground, and firmness when representing them.
He uses a blend of new and tried and true methods to market and find listings for his clients, including targeted website advertisements, direct mail, open houses, handwritten letters, door knocking, and, social media marketing.
David is a Qualified VHDA trainer and REALTOR® who holds several certifications and accreditations from the National Association of REALTORS® including Military Relocation Professional, Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and Pricing Strategy Advisor. He uses his specialized training, unsurpassed market knowledge, and first hand experience to expertly guide his clients throughout the buying and selling process and beyond.
David is a member of the VA Air National Guard and resides in Smithfield with his wife of 23 years and two children. In his free time, he enjoys running, golfing, and backyard beekeeping.
